This site is run by Tristan Wilbert, who is the data controller for the information you give us here. If you have questions about your data, or want to use your rights, write to tristan.official@thefounderspeedrun.com.
When you fill in the form: your name and your email address. If you go on to book a call we also collect your Instagram handle and your answers to the two questions, which cover how much time you can put in and how much you can spend on tools.
Automatically when you visit: your IP address, information about your browser and device, the page you came from, and which ad or campaign sent you here. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.
If you book a call: the time you picked and anything you write in the booking form.
To give you access to the free training you asked for, to contact you about a call, to decide whether a call makes sense, and to measure which ads work. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
We use a small number of services that process data on our behalf: Google (Sheets and Apps Script, where your entry is stored), Calendly (booking), Vidalytics (video), Netlify (hosting), and TikTok (advertising measurement). Information sent to TikTok for matching is hashed before it leaves this site, meaning it is turned into an unreadable string.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
We keep your entry for as long as it is relevant to a possible or existing working relationship, and no longer than 3 years after your last contact with us, unless accounting rules require otherwise.
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to our use of it, ask us to limit it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to tristan.official@thefounderspeedrun.com and we will answer within one month.
If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
We use cookies to run the site and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the site working.
